At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoang Thao informed the delegation about the socio-economic development of Binh Duong province. Up to now, most of the targets for 2022 have basically been met and exceeded. Attracting domestic and foreign investment in the province has grown quite well. Social security is concerned; Binh Duong no longer has poor households according to national standards. In particular, the effective operation of the Justice branch has contributed to stabilizing the political security situation, social order and safety. However, the province is currently facing difficulties in population management, and crime prevention and control still has some limitations.

Mr. Khammouane Philaphonedet - Member of Provincial Party Committee, Director of the People's Procuracy of Champasak province thanked the enthusiastic and respectful welcome of the provincial leaders, the People's Procuracy of Binh Duong province for the delegation. The signing of a memorandum of understanding with the People's Procuracy of Binh Duong not only strengthens and tightens the friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation of the two countries, but also promotes crime prevention and control; strengthens the exchange and sharing of experiences on the supervision of the two provinces in the coming time.
It is known that on November 13, 2006, Binh Duong province and Champasak province signed a friendship cooperation agreement on strengthening the special friendship cooperation relationship and comprehensive cooperation between the two localities. On that basis, on December 17, 2019, the People's Procuracy of Binh Duong province and the People's Procuracy of Champasak province signed a memorandum of understanding on the cooperation relationship between the two units. During this visit and working session in Binh Duong, the People's Procuracy of Binh Duong province and the People's Procuracy of Champasak province have signed a new covenant on the cooperation relationship between the two units.
