The Provincial Red Cross Society has mobilized the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies to support the construction cost of 70 million VND/house, the rest is supported by the Provincial Military Command, mobilized by the locality and contributed more by the family.

At the handover ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi and members of the delegation shared their joy and congratulated the families receiving the Red Cross house this time. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the positive contribution in the mobilization and support of resources of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, the Military Commands of the province and localities, the Red Cross Society at all levels and philanthropists to support families with difficult circumstances.
Also in the afternoon of September 27, the Provincial Red Cross Society coordinated with the locality to hand over the Red Cross House to Mr. Luong Manh Ha's family, in Quarter 6, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City. The house has a construction area of 45m2, a cost of 90 million VND; in which the Provincial Red Cross Society supported 70 million VND, the rest was mobilized by the locality and additionally contributed by the family.
Before that, on the afternoon of September 26, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies coordinated with the Provincial Red Cross Society and local authorities to hold a ceremony to hand over 02 Red Cross houses to families with difficult circumstances in housing in Bac Tan Uyen district.

The two households receiving housing support are Mrs. Le Thi Phu's family in Hamlet 1, Thuong Tan Commune with a construction area of 65m2, total cost of 130 million VND, and Mrs. Kieu Thi Phuong Thao's family in Cay Dau Hamlet, Hieu Liem Commune, with a construction area of 47m2, total construction cost of 105 million VND.
The construction cost was mobilized by the Provincial Red Cross Society from the provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies with 70 million VND/unit; the rest was mobilized by local philanthropists to support. In addition, the provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the locality also presented many gifts which are essential daily necessities for two households.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Trinh - Chairwoman of the Provincial Red Cross Society said that, as a bridge and coordinator in the humanitarian cause in the province, in recent years, the Provincial Red Cross Society has promoted social security activities and programs for sustainable development, bringing joy, happiness and a better new beginning to disadvantaged households, helping them conditions to step up in life. Red Cross houses built from the community's efforts have been helping disadvantaged families to settle down, step by step to rise up in life.
