PORTAL - As part of the series of activities of the Horasis India Meeting 2022, on the afternoon of September 25, at the Binh Duong Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, a dialogue session with the topic "Leadership in the age of global issues" took place.

Mr. Ankit Bansal - Founder and CEO, Sapphire Human Solutions, India chaired the Dialogue session.

The Meeting focused on discussing issues such as: leaders with technology and data; how to be a good leader; the role of a "super" leader; important factors to make a good CEO; diversity, equality and inclusion in the enterprise, etc.

Discussion session "Leadership in the age of global issues"

Experts all agreed, technology and data will help leaders easily make decisions and build their own good image. However, in management, human management is the key issue, not only the data, but also the emotional factor. Besides the support of technology, leaders still have to use their intuition to make decisions.

To train a good leader, there will not be a specific formula, it is a combination of many factors: skills, training, culture, etc., therefore, a good manager will not always turn out to be a good leader.

With the rapid development of technology, a new trend in leadership is the ability to recognize changes and apply them to the actual operation of their enterprise, which requires leaders to be more realistic, easily adapt to change and balance life and work. Diversity, equality and inclusion in leadership is a new concept in leadership. Diversity is the variety of ideas, the location of the enterprise, the variety of products and customers, etc. Therefore, diversity, equality and inclusion in enterprises not only help leaders make smart decisions, but also help enterprises have a diverse market for their enterprises.

In addition to the sharing of experts, the Dialogue session also attracted many questions and sharing from the delegates in the practical management of their enterprises.

India is also a country with a strong startup movement, which is the driving force of India's development. Most startups focus on technology serving people.
