On the side of the Meeting co-organizer were Dr. Frank - Jurgen Richter - Chairman, Founder of Horasis; Mr. Rajive Kaul – Former Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry; leaders of Consulate General and commercial agencies in Ho Chi Minh City; representatives of enterprise associations, investors, agencies and partners.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam highly appreciated the units that have coordinated to organize this important Meeting. The Deputy Prime Minister said that Vietnam is at the center of many dynamic economic linkage networks with trade relations with more than 230 markets with free trade agreements with over 60 trade partners and continues to be ideal "dock" of foreign investors.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that in order to realize Vietnam's aspiration to become a high-income developed country by 2045, the Vietnamese government consistently affirms its view that the foreign-invested economic sector is an important organic part of the economy, the success of foreign investors is the success of Vietnam, contributing to international solidarity, joining hands together for a world of peace, stability, cooperation and development, leaving no one behind and a forever green achievement.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that the Horasis India Meeting 2022 is a practical event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India. The comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries is developing very well on all pillars, especially in economic, trade and investment cooperation, both at the national and inter-local levels. This year's Meeting is held as an opportunity for the Governments and enterprises of the two countries to share visions, ideas, cooperative action plans for mutual development, access to knowledge, grasp the trends of the times, advanced technologies for socio-economic construction and development. Topics at the dialogue and plenary sessions of the Meeting will make a very practical contribution to the development of Vietnam in general, Binh Duong in particular and to the cooperation relationship between the two countries Vietnam - India, creating opportunities for parties to share vision, seek opportunities and strengthen cooperation, promote the spirit of companionship to overcome challenges, seize new opportunities for comprehensive development.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh - Indian Minister of State for External Affairs emphasized that over the past time, Vietnam and India have strengthened cooperation in providing supply chains to support long-term investment in the two economies, promoting economic structural reform, and jointly developing in many fields. He believed that in the future, the enterprise communities of the two countries will continue to develop and stimulate each other's economic potential. Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the PPC shared the honor of Binh Duong province when being selected to host the Horasis India Meeting 2022 to coincide with a special time between Vietnam and India celebrating the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations.
