Launching the Logo composing contest “National Digital Transformation”

​PORTAL - Implementing the "National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with orientation to 2030" approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 749/QD-TTg dated June 03, 2020, the Ministry of Information and Communications has launched the Logo composing contest "National Digital Transformation".​

​Accordingly, the contest subjects are domestic and foreign agencies, organizations, units and individuals.

Regarding the entries' content, the authors are encouraged to be proactive and creative in their ideas for the work. The basic contents suggested to be the material for the creative process include: Generalizing that Digital transformation is the transformation of activities from the physical environment to the digital environment; people and enterprises are the center, subject, target and driving force of digital transformation; expressing the cultural identity of the Vietnamese nation in the Logo; Generalizing the vision of the National Digital Transformation Program that by 2030 Vietnam will become a digital, stable and prosperous country, a pioneer in testing new technologies and models; fundamentally and comprehensively renovating the management and administration activities of the Government, production and business activities of enterprises, the way of living and working of people, developing a safe, humane, and wide digital environment; reflecting the 03 pillars of the National Digital Transformation Program including: Digital Government, Digital Economy and Digital Society. In which, developing digital government to better serve people, developing digital economy to make people richer and developing digital society to make people happier; the Logo is associated with the words "National digital transformation".

Technically, the Logo is unique, highly symbolic, creative, not duplicate, similar, confusing with any other Logo, does not violate intellectual property law; the color is not more than 04 colors, suitable for printing, enlarging, reducing, carving, embossed on different articles and materials and ensures high resolution, sharpness, compatibility when expressed in digital format and on different environments.

The application file includes the following documents: Registration form, each contestant must have an entry form with the author's personal information (attached appendix) or download it from the Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications (at the address https://ideadx.mic.gov.vn); the sample of entry is as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 4 of the Contest Rules; a written explanation of ideas, each entry must be accompanied by a written explanation of the creative idea (no more than 200 words); on the written explanation, specify the code the same as the one written on the back of the entry and have a black and white Logo, each dimension must not exceed 4 cm (attached appendix).

01 winning work will be granted a certificate of the Ministry of Information and Communications by the Organizing Committee and an accompanying prize of 100 million VND.

The Organizing Committee accepts entries in two forms. The first form: The author sends the application directly or by post to the head office of the Authority of Information Technology Application, Ministry of Information and Communications, address: 21st floor, VNTA building, 68 Duong Dinh Nghe, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city. The second form: The author submits the application online on the Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications (at https://ideadx.mic.gov.vn). Time to receive applications: From July 05 to September 05, 1922. Prize selection and grading: From September 06 to September 10, 2022. The contest results are announced on the Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications (at https://ideadx.mic.gov.vn) and on the mass media. The Awards ceremony is expected to be held in September 2022 in Hanoi.
