At the meeting, Binh Duong province discussed with the delegation of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province the contents of the list of projects in the field of socialization, problems in land allocation and land lease without land use right auction, land procedures for socialization projects in the fields of investment incentives and areas of investment incentives; on land price determination, etc. At the same time, the departments, branches and localities of the two provinces exchanged information and shared experiences to find practical solutions to promote socialization models in the fields of education, health and culture-sports.
Sharing at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hong Chuong - Director of Binh Duong Department of Health said that medical socialization is an inevitable development trend. Over the past years, the private healthcare system in the province has been actively contributing together with the public healthcare to perform well the task of taking care of people's health in the province. The Health branch has used many information channels to call for medical socialization in the field of medical examination and treatment, primary and preventive health care. The Department of Health has asked the competent authorities to issue a list of health projects and works calling for socialization. Up to now, the number of beds and medical examination and treatment visits of non-public hospitals account for about 40% of the number of beds and medical examination and treatment visits in the whole province.
In the field of education, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training affirmed that, in the face of the fact that the high population growth in Binh Duong every year entails the need for children to go to school, investment in attracting education socialization projects, especially in preschool is extremely necessary. Up to now, Binh Duong's investment in education socialization has achieved many achievements. There are 331 non-public educational institutions in the whole province, especially high school with many high-quality schools; particularly for preschool, up to 72.74% are non-public preschools.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong PPC Nguyen Loc Ha said that this is an opportunity for the two localities to learn from each other; draw practical lessons to solve problems, promote better investment in socialization according to the characteristics of each locality. At the same time, he suggested that provincial departments, committees and branches continue to contact, exchange and learn from friend province's initiatives, experiences, and good practices related to socialization in many fields.
On behalf of the delegation of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Mr. Tran Van Tuan thanked the sharing from Binh Duong province; and asked the Delegation's members to actively absorb practical lessons from Binh Duong province and be more determined to improve, creating a clear change for the work of attracting socialization investment in important fields such as health, education and culture in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Before that, the delegation visited and learned from experience the socialization model at Nguyen Khuyen Secondary School - High School and Phuong Chi General Hospital (Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province).
At the destinations, the delegation learned about the process of applying for operating policies, the process of land allocation as well as preferential and favorable policies of Binh Duong province's authorities at all levels for projects.

Through discussion with investors, Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of Ba Ria-Vung Tau PPC highly appreciated the educational and health models and projects that have been selected by Binh Duong PPC and functional agencies for investment and operation; and directed the functional agencies of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province to research, exchange experiences, grasp the process to develop socialization projects to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law.
