IOC is an information technology system including infrastructure, hardware and software with the function of collecting specialized databases of agencies and units and processing, analyzing for outputs to meet the direction and administration requirements of all levels of government, agencies and units. IOC will serve effectively in leadership, direction and administration, helping provincial leaders have a comprehensive overview of all socio-economic activities in real time. From there, making quick, timely and accurate decisions, saving a lot of time and effort in the process of monitoring and operating the work.
Binh Duong Intelligent Operation Center
IOC with the ability to integrate data and existing systems with control software along with more than 20 operation areas has been deployed to provide a comprehensive overview of the province's development indicators, especially are the key areas and strengths of the province such as: Socio-economic indicators; Public administration; tourist information; security, order and traffic; information on Covid-19 prevention and control; interacting and communicating in service of citizens; publicizing planning information; supervising environmental quality; supervising industrial activities; supervising natural resources and environment; health sector information; education field information; information on labor supply and demand, database on children, social protection, vocational education; science, technology and innovation information; information on consumption index, supply and demand of goods, essential products, etc.
At IOC, visual charts of industries and fields brought to IOC will be visually displayed 24/7, the images from the surveillance camera system across the province are connected to the head-quarters apparatus, combined with the digital map platform and through a shared database, supporting provincial leaders to grasp the situation of the province 24/24, helping to make decisions quickly, accurately and timely, thereby initially bringing practical utilities in the province's activities.
The Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee's Portal (www.tinhuybinhduong.vn) is built to provide information on Party building of the Provincial Party Committee, information on activities of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, information on the guidelines and lines of the Party, policies and laws of the State.
The Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee's Portal creates an environment for people and party members to comment on draft documents and contribute ideas to build the Party. Creating an online dialogue channel for Party members and people to have a communication channel with the Party and State.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh emphasized that the operation of the IOC and the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee's Portal is a step to inherit the results achieved in e-Government building and information technology application of Party and State agencies in recent periods, marking a new development step in the process of digital transformation, building a sustainable smart city in the province. In order for the IOC to come into operation effectively in the coming time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed agencies and units to step up the implementation of digital transformation to meet the requirements of management and administration; accelerate the construction of specialized information systems and databases as the foundation for forecasting and processing big data for socio-economic management. This is a meaningful event on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the province's re-establishment, contributing to concretizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, which is to build Binh Duong province to develop sustainably in the direction of a smart, civilized and modern urban area.
