Providing information at the press conference, the Propaganda and Training Commission of Provincial Party Committee - Standing Committee of the Seminar Organizing Committee said that the Seminar will take place in 02 days, April 19 and 20, 2022 at the Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center. The Seminar focuses on evaluating achievements, as well as shortcomings, limitations and proposing solutions for Binh Duong province to develop quickly and sustainably, continuing to contribute more to the overall development of the country.

Up to now, the Organizing Committee has received nearly 175 presentations from experts and scientists (including nearly 80 professors, associate professors and doctorates) in 04 thematic groups of the Seminar: Building a political system and lessons learned in leadership and administration; Economy - Urban development; People - Culture - Society; Defense - Security - Foreign Affairs. The contents of the presentations focus on clarifying the meaning of the event of splitting Song Be province into two provinces of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc. This is not only the opening event but also a premise for Binh Duong to promote internal resources, take advantage of external resources, actively explore and be creative in comprehensive socio-economic development, making Binh Duong become the ideal model of the country in terms of industrialization and urbanization, building a prosperous and happy life for the people.

Within the framework of the Seminar, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee will hold a ceremony to announce the Provincial Party Committee's Portal, Binh Duong Intelligent Operation Centre and hold the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with the Central Theoretical Council to implement the Project on Summarizing the development model of Binh Duong province in the country's renovation and oriented vision to 2050.

At the press conference, representatives of the press agencies were interested in pandemic prevention and control when organizing the Seminar, the support to contact and exchange with participating experts and scientists; the meaning of the Seminar's name and the Binh Duong's message after the Seminar, etc.

At the end of the Seminar, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee will announce the Message of Binh Duong 2022, affirming the inheritance and continuing the tradition of bringing Binh Duong province to great development in the past 25 years. At the same time, drawing lessons from experience and philosophy so that Binh Duong province continues to develop quickly and sustainably in the coming time. The results of the Seminar are also an important theoretical and practical basis for Binh Duong province to supplement planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
