Towards the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), Kind Heart Foundation supports and gives gifts to war invalids and seriously ill soldiers (with an injury rate of 81% or more) across the country. Particularly in Binh Duong province, the Fund supports 102 war invalids and seriously ill soldiers with the amount of 15 million VND/person, the total cost is 1 billion 530 million VND. The program aims to contribute to encouraging, sharing and helping war invalids and seriously ill soldiers to overcome their physical pain and move towards a better life, thereby strengthening confidence in the leadership of the Party and the State's policies towards people with meritorious services.

It is known that Binh Duong province currently has more than 64,000 people who have been recognized and received preferential treatment for people with meritorious services to the revolution. With the principle of "When you drink water, think of the source", over the past time, the province has performed well the work of of gratitude to people with meritorious services to the revolution. In addition to the Central government's policies, Binh Duong has issued additional support policies for people with meritorious services from the provincial budget, such as: Resolution 08/2018/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2018 on providing additional support for some people with meritorious services; Resolution no. 09/2018/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2018 on support for bereavement for some subjects in the province; Resolution no. 17/2020/NQ-HDND on housing support for people with meritorious services, etc.
