The app is a place to identify users with the most advanced and modern Ekyc technology, thereby providing the technology of employment, housing, promotional information, public administrative services, etc. accurately to users.
The app has convenient services such as: Set up an account and account identifier; online public services; people's reflections; look up electricity information, insurance information; find a job, rent a house, book a car, scan a personal QR code, etc. In particular, the highlight is the electronic identification function that allows checking and comparing the personal information provided by the user by biometric authentication, identifying the user by artificial intelligence. From there, accurately identifying user on the app, helping to limit identity fraud and other fraudulent acts. At the same time, it is more convenient to receive information about jobs, housing, and implement public services.
This app also has a function to link to the online public service system of Binh Duong province so that users can look up the details of the status of administrative procedures. The app provides 3 online public services including: Service of granting copies of certificate documents from the original book; procedures for granting certificates of marital status and procedures for birth registration.
In addition, the function "People's reflections" allows users to send reflections related to areas such as public administration, environment, traffic, etc. on the "Binh Duong ID" app and monitor the status of the reflection processing. Employees can also look up information and send reflections and questions about Social insurance and electricity information.
It is expected to deploy the app in 3 phases. Phase 1, from April 01 to April 29, 2022, establishing a working group to coordinate with departments, committees and branches for implementation; approving the app design plan, the identifier. Phase 2, from May 04 to May 31, 2022, conducting data collection. Phase 3, from June 01 to July 01, 2022, doing communication and launching the app.

However, to deploy the "Binh Duong ID" app, it is necessary to unify the method of data collection and ensure the security of the app's information. He asked the Department of Information and Communications to synthesize comments from other departments, committees and branches, and advise the Provincial People's Committee on the app deployment plan in the province.
