The Prime Minister also emphasized, Binh Duong needs to promote new social housing programs in line with the National Housing Development Strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2045; well implement the Program on socio-economic recovery and development, closely following the needs of workers' housing; support, encourage, call for stronger participation of the enterprise community, solve difficulties and obstacles for enterprises to participate in social housing development. Simultaneously, simplifying legal procedures, speeding up implementation steps, supporting long-term loans (25-30 years) with incentives on interest rates for workers who can buy social housing. All for the common goal of bringing a stable life for workers.
