The program is first held in Binh Duong with many attractive contents to attract young people in Binh Duong and in the region interested in Korean culture, creating content between Korea and Vietnam. The program includes: Korean Cultural Exhibition from February 25-27, 2022; K-POP art performance with Vietnamese and Korean artists and singers which takes place on the evening of February 27, 2022.
The event is held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea, implemented immediately after the signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation agreement between Binh Duong and Gangnam district (Seoul, Korea) to promote international trade and cultural exchange between the sides. This is also one of the activities in the development strategy of "Binh Duong Innovation Region" with the desire to work with Korean partners to develop an attractive content industry for today's young people in Binh Duong.
Within the framework of the Program, the signing of the MOU between the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) and the WTC Binh Duong New City aims to promote the contents of exhibitions, cultural exchange conferences, KPOP performances and other event activities; plan together to organize annual events to promote the content development industry in Binh Duong province in particular and Vietnam in general; at the same time, promote exchange activities between Korea and Vietnam in the field of cultural exchange and jointly develop new cooperation.
In particular, on the night of February 27, 2022, closing 3 days of Korean cultural and content experience is the "Korea - Vietnam OST" Concert. The performance will be hosted by NICKY, a singer cum MC, and many famous Korean (online) and Vietnamese singers will appear and perform OSTs of popular Korean dramas and movies in Korean and Vietnamese as: JUSTB, Super V, Huong Duyen, Trung Quan Idol, Van Mai Huong. At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Taekwondo Demonstration Team will perform the opening Taekwondo on the background of K-POP music to bring a great entertainment experience to the audience.
This event is also the opening activity to promote MICE (Meeting Incentive Conference Event) activities in Binh Duong province of WTC Binh Duong New City in the new normal time.
