At the meeting, Mr. Pham Dac Hien - Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts (LA) Association said, in the context of general difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Provincial LA Association has flexibly renewed the content and mode of operation, reduced the scale, and adjusted its activities in line with the task of Covid-19 prevention and control. The Association has closely followed the political tasks of the province, comprehensively reflecting economic, cultural, social, security and defense activities, focusing on propagating the Resolution of the 13^th Party Congress, Resolution of the 11^th Provincial Party Congress and Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 tenure, the election of deputies to the 15^th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure, the Covid-19 prevention and control, etc.

Recognizing and praising the outstanding results and high sense of responsibility of the Provincial LA Association and the writers and artists, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Danh suggested that the Association continue to well implement the motto of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Responsibility" that the Resolution of the 8^th Congress of Provincial LA Association, 2022-2027 tenure proposed; gather, unite members, encourage and motivate artists to be passionate, enthusiastic, creative with a higher spirit of determination, greater efforts, contributing with the Party Committee, government and people in the province to successfully implement the goals and plans in 2022. Besides, continuing to unite, make creative efforts in specialized fields, and create works of high artistic and ideological value that truly go into the hearts of readers and the public. He proposed the relevant levels and branches to help and create conditions for the Provincial LA Association to effectively implement the set tasks.
