Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly Deputies; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Van Chanh - Member of Provincial Standing Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of Commission for Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and leaders of departments, committees, branches, mass organizations and armed forces of the province.
In the solemn and emotional atmosphere of the ceremony, the delegates offered flowers, burned incense, respectfully bowed to commemorate the great merits of the great President Ho Chi Minh, dedication and sacrifice of heroes, martyrs and compatriots who fell for the Fatherland, for national independence and unification.
