​Accordingly, provincial departments, committees, branches and mass organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities coordinate with relevant agencies and units to urgently direct all levels and branches to carefully prepare contents related to the Covid-19 prevention and control to organize a preliminary review, in order to evaluate and draw experience on this work. At the same time, commending and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in directing and implementing the Covid-19 prevention and control in the past time.

All levels and branches promptly summarize and report preliminary results to the Department of Health to summarize and report to prepare for a Conference on preliminary review of the pandemic prevention and control at provincial level.  

The time to organize the Conference on preliminary review of the Covid-19 prevention and control is considered and decided by agencies, units and localities, but must be completed before October 31, 2021.

On the basis of reports of agencies, units and localities, the Department of Health synthesizes them into a general report of the Provincial Steering Committee to serve the Provincial Conference on preliminary review. The report of the province must summarize, evaluate and comment on the situation of pandemic prevention and control over the past time, achieved results, shortcomings, limitations, causes, lessons learned, etc. and forecast, direction of pandemic prevention and control in the coming time.

The Department of Health cooperates with the Department of Home Affairs and related units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to organize a Conference on preliminary review of the Covid-19 prevention and control in order to evaluate, learn from experience and propose directions and solutions for the Covid-19 prevention and control in the coming time to be effective; at the same time, propose to commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in directing and implementing the Covid-19 prevention and control in the past time.

The time to organize the Conference on preliminary review of the Covid-19 prevention and control at the provincial level is expected to be from November 03 to 06, 2021.​
