Overview of the conference
The third meeting of the 10th Provincial People's Council is scheduled to take place from December 07 to 08, 2021, focusing on assessing the situation and results of implementing the People's Council's resolutions on socio-economic development and law enforcement in the province in 2021 and setting out directions and tasks in 2022; considering reports in accordance with the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Council; conducting questions and answer questions. At the same time, considering and deciding on other important local issues to serve the management and administration of the province's socio-economic development in 2022 and the following years.
According to the program, the Provincial People's Council will listen to the report on the results of the Second meeting of the 15th National Assembly; synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters before the meeting; inform the situation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels participating in government building, consider and approve 23 reports, 05 verification reports, 22 statements and 23 draft resolutions (including 11 draft legal resolutions and 12 individual draft resolutions).
Before the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council coordinates with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of districts, towns and cities to organize for deputies of the provincial and district People's Councils to contact voters before the regular meeting at the end of 2021. Time for voter contact is expected from November 15 to 19, 2021.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Chanh basically agreed on the time, content and agenda of the Meeting, and asked the People's Committee to direct departments and branches to coordinate with the Committees of the Provincial People's Council to carefully prepare the drafting of records, documents and related contents to ensure quality and on schedule to submit to the meeting.
