Individuals and enterprise representatives who come to perform AP directly must have a confirmation of having received 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine or at least 1 dose after 14 days, or that the person infected with Covid-19 has recovered from the disease for less than 180 days and completed the prescribed period of self-monitoring at home; at the same time must have a valid negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (within 72 hours).
Departments, committees and branches review, make and publicize the list of AP received directly, phone numbers to guide the receipt of AP. At the same time, arranging personnel to coordinate with the Provincial Public Administration Center to advise and guide people and enterprises on how to implement AP (directly, online, by public postal service) and conditions for performing AP directly to ensure the Covid-19 prevention and control when carrying out AP at the Provincial Public Administration Center.
The Office of the Provincial People's Committee directs the Management Board of the Provincial Administrative Center Building to arrange personnel to check the conditions for performing AP of individuals and enterprise representatives before entering for AP implementation; ensure the control, distribution, coordination and guidance of people to move surely and only to one-stop area; organize temperature checks, disinfection, check-in/check-out, health declaration and at the same time have no more than 60 people per area A and B of the Provincial Public Administration Center.
At the same time, directing the Provincial Public Administration Center to coordinate with departments, committees, branches, the Management Board of the Provincial Administrative Center Building and relevant units to coordinate, synthesize and handle the receipt of dossiers smoothly and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the requirements of pandemic prevention and control.
