During the day, collecting 566 patients; 13 patients died. Since the 4th pandemic wave, Binh Duong province has recorded 222,975 cases of Covid-19; 2,212 deaths.
Currently, there are 15,193 patients being treated. In which, treatment at home: 1,913 patients, treatment facilities: 13,280 patients.
The entire province has 575 lockdown areas, including: Thuan An: 247; Dau Tieng: 05; Ben Cat: 211; Tan Uyen: 18; Thu Dau Mot: 94, with 24,279 people in the lockdown areas.
The province has carried out the 2nd phase of large-scale testing until now (from August 02, 2021 to present). As a result, localities took samples for rapid test and PCR for 10,976,058 turns of people, with 177,673 positive cases (rate of 1.62%). The Provincial Center for Disease Control took PCR samples for 139,025 workers at 173 companies in industrial parks, with 435 positive cases.
Cumulatively, the province has vaccinated 3,066,660 doses/4,583,890 doses of the distributed Covid-19 vaccine (2,290,167 1st doses and 776,493 2nd doses).
On October 12, 2021, Binh Duong supported 5,653 cases, with the amount of VND 13.304 billion. Accumulated, support has been spent for 3,556,181 turns of people, with an amount of VND 2,287.69 billion.
Currently, Binh Duong has no communes and wards at very high risk (red zone) and high risk (orange zone), there are 01 ward at risk (yellow zone) and 90 new normal communes and wards (green zone).
