During the day, collecting 295 patients; 18 patients died. Since the 4th pandemic wave, Binh Duong province has recorded 222,528 cases of Covid-19; 2,199 deaths.
Currently, there are 16,345 patients being treated. In which, treatment at home: 2,199 patients, treatment facilities: 14,041 patients.
The entire province has 665 lockdown areas, including: Thuan An: 247; Phu Giao: 8; Dau Tieng: 4; Ben Cat: 211; Tan Uyen: 102; Thu Dau Mot: 92, with 48,219 people in the lockdown areas.
The province has carried out the 2nd phase of large-scale testing until now (from August 02, 2021 to present). As a result, localities took samples for rapid test and PCR for 10,959,772 turns of people, with 177,167 positive cases (rate of 1.62%). The Provincial Center for Disease Control took PCR samples for 139,025 workers at 173 companies in industrial parks, with 435 positive cases.
Cumulatively, the province has vaccinated 3,003,143 doses/4,583,890 doses of the distributed Covid-19 vaccine (2,280,571 1st doses and 722,572 2nd doses).
On October 11, 2021, Binh Duong supported 9,188 cases, with the amount of VND 25.539 billion. Accumulated, support has been spent for 3,550,528 turns of people, with an amount of VND 2,274.385 billion.
