Assigning the work of Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the 10th Binh Duong PPC:
* Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the PPC leads, directs, manages and administers all activities under the tasks and powers of the PPC. Being responsible for the working relationship between the PPC and the Ministries, Central branches, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly Deputies, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and local socio-political organizations.
At the same time, directly directing and administering the fields of defense and security; inspecting, prevention and combat of corruption; judicial reform; organizational apparatus and personnel work; administrative reform, control of administrative procedures; state administrative boundaries; traffic safety; emulation, commendation and discipline; diplomacy and foreign relations, international cooperation; planning and plans for socio-economic development, security and defense of provinces, districts, towns and cities (except for the planning and plans for the development of sectors and fields which are in charge of the Vice Chairmen of the PPC); finance and state budget; investment and development of industrial parks; deciding on investment policies for public investment projects and important issues for public investment (assigning and adjusting capital plan, contents related to decision on investment policies; considering adjustment policies, arising in the course of project implementation that lead to adjustment of investment policies); reorganizing and renovating state-owned enterprises; foreign economics, international cooperation; developing various types of enterprises, attracting domestic and foreign investment.
In association with the above-mentioned fields of work, the Chairman of the PPC monitors and directs the following agencies and units: Provincial Military Command, Provincial Public Security, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Finance, Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, Department of Justice, Department of Foreign Affairs, Provincial Development Investment Fund, Provincial Traffic Safety Committee. Directly acting as Chairman of the Provincial Emulation - Commendation Council, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Innovation and Development of State-owned Enterprises; Chairman of a number of Councils, Heads of a number of Provincial Steering Committees in the fields of direct responsibility.
* Mr. Mai Hung Dung - Vice Chairman of the PPC acts as the Permanent Vice Chairman of the PPC; assists the Chairman of the PPC to monitor and direct the following fields of work: Industry, industrial clusters, industrial explosives; electricity; services, trade - import and export; market management, prevention and combat of smuggling and commercial fraud; credit, banking; cooperative economy and cooperatives; international economic integration; price; public investment and public investment project management (except for the contents under the authority of the Chairman of the PPC); agriculture and rural development, new-style rural construction; flood, storm and natural disaster prevention and control and search and rescue; land, water resources, mineral resources, environment; land auction, land price; surveying, cartography; hydrometeorology and climate change; compensation, support and resettlement; civil judgment enforcement; citizen reception and settlement of complaints and denunciations of the province; monitoring, managing and directing the work of budget revenue sector, including tax, customs, treasury.
In association with the above fields of work, Mr. Mai Hung Dung - Vice Chairman of the PPC monitors and directs the following agencies and units: Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Inspectorate, Office of the PPC, Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, Provincial civil judgment enforcement agency, Statistical office, Tax Department, Customs Department, Market Management Department, Provincial State Treasury, State Bank - Provincial Branch and commercial banks; Provincial Project Management Units; Binh Duong Lottery One Member Limited Liability Company, Binh Duong Power Company, Provincial Cooperative Alliance.
Directly acting as Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement, Head of Steering Committee for New-style Rural Construction, Chairman of a number of Councils, Head of a number of provincial Steering Committees in assigned fields. On behalf of the Chairman of the PPC, directing the implementation of the work of the Chairman of the PPC in the absence of the Chairman of the PPC and being authorized by the Chairman of the PPC and performing other tasks as assigned and authorized by the Chairman of the PPC.
* Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Vice Chairman of the PPC assists the Chairman of the PPC to implement the regulation on coordination between the PPC and the Provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial mass organizations, Committees of the Party committee and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee.
Assisting the Chairman of the PPC to monitor and direct the following fields of work: Education, training and vocational training; human resource development; health care, care and protection of people's health, population - family planning; labor – war invalids and society, salary policy, social insurance, poverty reduction; culture – art, gymnastics, sports, tourism, advertising, family, children; science and technology, information technology, information and communication, post and telecommunications; ethnic affairs, religion, human rights; grassroots democracy, government mass mobilization; foreign non-governmental aid, non-governmental organizations (NGOs); radio and television; press, publishing; law dissemination and education, legal advice and legal aid; construction planning, construction, management and embellishment of urban areas, housing, social housing; transportation.
Monitoring and directing agencies and units: Department of Construction, Department of Transport, Department of Education and Training, Department of Health, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Information and Communications, Institute for Urban Planning and Development, Radio and Television Station, Provincial Social Security, Provincial Bank for Social Policies, Provincial Committee for the Advancement of Women, Provincial Union of Friendship Organisations, associations, non-governmental organizations; Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Binh Duong Post Office, Binh Duong Telecom; universities, colleges, professional and vocational schools. Monitoring and managing the state for the Provincial School of Politics, Provincial Committee for Health protection and care of officials.
Directly acting as the Chairman of a number of Councils, Heads of a number of Provincial Steering Committees in the assigned fields, and performing other tasks as assigned and authorized by the Chairman of the PPC.
In addition, assigning Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the PPC to monitor Thu Dau Mot City, Di An City and Phu Giao District; Mr. Mai Hung Dung – Permanent Vice Chairman of the PPC to monitor Thuan An City, Tan Uyen Town and Bac Tan Uyen District; Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Vice Chairman of the PPC to monitor Ben Cat Town, Dau Tieng and Bau Bang districts.
