The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development organizes the collection of fees.

People in poor households according to the poverty line of Binh Duong province; people with meritorious services to the revolution; people with disabilities receive a reduced fee. Rate of fee reduction: 50% of the fee according to this regulation.

Specific fees: Fee for selection and recognition of first-generation trees is 2,000,000 VND/time; fee of the Council for the recognition of new forest tree seeds is 4,500,000 VND/time; fee for recognition of selected forest stands is 600,000 VND/1 seed; fee for recognition of seedling gardens 2,400,000 VND/01 seedling garden; fee for recognition of the origin of seed lots and breed lots is 600,000 VND/01 seed lot.

The fee-collecting organization pays the entire collected fee amount into the state budget. The source of expenses for the appraisal and collection of fees shall be arranged by the state budget in the annual estimate of the collecting agency according to the regulations and norms of state budget expenditure.

The rate of collection, the mode of collection, payment, management and use of fees for selection and recognition of first-generation trees; seeds and forestry seedling garden must be posted up and publicly applied uniformly at the place where the fee is directly collected.
