PORTAL - According to the report of the Department of Health, in the last 24 hours, Binh Duong recorded 3,188 new infected cases, which reduced by 783 cases compared to September 11, 2021.
In which, the infected cases were mainly found in blockade areas with 2,958 cases (accounting for 92.8%), the ratio of cases detected through community screening tests was low with only 119 cases (accounting for 3.7%); 58 cases were detected at medical facilities (accounting for 1.8%) and 53 cases were confirmed by PCR in the temporary isolation ward (accounting for 1.7%).

On September 12, 2021, Binh Duong had 4,912 patients discharged from hospital, bringing the number of discharged patients from the 4th epidemic to 108,663.
During the day, 2,395 patients have been treated, 39 deaths occurred. Currently, Covid-19 treatment facilities in the province are treating 59,945 patients.
Since the 4th epidemic, Binh Duong has recorded 157,018 Covid-19 cases, 1,388 patients died.
The whole province has 38,973 people under concentrated isolation; 4,198 F0 cases are isolated at home. There are 1,569 blockade areas with 103,797 people.
From August 02, 2021, Binh Duong has proceeded the large-scale testing in the 2nd and 3rd phase through rapid testing and PCR testing for 4,812,293 turns of people. According to the results, 115,544 cases were found positive (accounting for 2.4%). PCR samples were taken for 133,925 workers of 163 companies, 389 cases were found positive.
The province will continue to implement a large-scale testing plan for the entire population to remove all F0 cases from the community, put them in isolation for treatment, localize and stamp out the epidemic in a timely manner. For the "green zone" areas, collect samples for RT-PCR test, take a representative sample by household (those who move frequently, have a lot of contact, are at high risk,…) cover at least 20% of households. Sampling frequency is done once every 7 days. For the "yellow" and "orange" areas, collect samples for pooled RT-PCR testing in high-risk areas such as: areas bordering the red zone, markets, areas surrounding markets, supermarkets, motels, apartment buildings, areas around the blockade areas, medical facilities, cases with symptoms of fever, cough, ... ensure at least 20% of the population. Sampling frequency is done once every 3 days. For the "red zone" areas, test 100% of people by rapid test and RT-PCR according to "Formula 1,3,5". At the same time, encourage people to self-collect samples at home to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Complete sampling by September 15, 2021.
Cumulatively, the whole province reported that 1,653,541 doses of vaccine were injected (1,604,138 1st doses and 49,403 2nd doses).
On September 12, 2021, the province provided support for 45,748 cases, with a total amount of VND 22.146 billion. Including:
- Support 2,388 employees who suspended labor contracts or left unpaid with the amount of VND 9.443 billion (additional support for 588 cases of pregnancy and raising children under 6 years old);
- Food support for 3,282 people who are F0 and F1 with the amount of VND 262.56 million;
- Support for 335 people who are employees without labor contracts with the amount of VND 502.5 million;
- Support accommodation fees according to Resolution 04/2021/NQ-HĐND for 39,793 cases with the amount of VND 11.937 billion (this policy has been accomplished).
Cumulatively, 3,063,035 cases have been supported with the total amount of VND 1,664.781 billion.
