Bau Bang, Phu Giao and Bac Tan Uyen districts take measures for pandemic prevention and control in the new situation

​PORTAL – Implementing the opinion of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, from September 06, 2021, "green zone" districts including Bau Bang, Phu Giao and Bac Tan Uyen will take measures for pandemic prevention and control according to Directive 15, higher than Directive 15 (15+) and Directive 16 of the Prime Minister.

In Bac Tan Uyen district, "yellow zone" quarters and hamlets and "red locations" continue to implement Directive no. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister from 00:00 on September 09, 2021 until further notice. Not applying maximum restrictions on circulation and operation within the time frame from 18:00 the previous day to 06:00 the next day. For "green zone" quarters and hamlets, social distancing will be implemented in the spirit of Directive no. 15 of the Prime Minister, but at a stricter level (referred to as Directive 15+) from 00:00 on September 06, 2021 until further notice.

The entire Bau Bang district takes measures for pandemic prevention and control at a higher level than Directive 15 (15+) of the Prime Minister from 0:00 on September 06, 2021 to the end of September 10, 2021. From September 11, 2021 to September 15, 2021, the District People's Committee will consider and direct the implementation to suit the actual situation of the locality.

Not allowing to organize activities and events that gather from 10 people in one room; for areas outside offices, schools, hospitals, not gathering from 05 people or more; in public places, people are required to keep a minimum distance of 2 meters. Thoroughly stopping religious ceremonies and activities with gatherings of 10 or more people at religious, belief and worship establishments; stopping all cultural, sports and recreational activities in public places.

Continuing to stop operating business and service establishments; only allowing the operation of establishments dealing in essential goods and services to serve the essential needs of the people.

People in the "green zone" are only allowed to go out in cases of absolute necessity such as: buying food, foodstuffs, medicine, emergency, medical examination and treatment, vaccination, taking samples for testing and other emergencies, but must ensure pandemic prevention and control in accordance with regulations.

Particularly for 6 "yellow" locations in the "green zone" (groups 3, 8, 9 of Bau Bang quarter and groups 1, 3, and 6 of Dong So quarter), performing rapid tests to screen, remove F0 from the community, organizing quarantine and thorough lockdown the groups in the "yellow zone", in order to strictly ensure from outside to inside, from inside to outside, in accordance with quarantine principles, preventing cross-infection. At the same time, having plans for production, circulation of goods, social security and daily life suitable to the characteristics of each region.

Enterprises inside and outside the industrial parks in the district are approved to implement the plan of "03 on the spot" or "01 road, 02 locations" or 03 Green model "Factory, Boarding house and Worker"; petrol retail stores, pharmacies must ensure the requirements of pandemic prevention and control as prescribed.

Small traders at traditional markets in the district are only allowed to trade in essential items such as: food, foodstuffs, daily necessities, etc., limiting unnecessary items.

For Phu Giao district, pandemic prevention and control measures will be implemented in accordance with Directive 15 in the entire district from 0:00 on September 06, 2021 until further notice.

Allowing the reopening of a number of shops and grocery stores selling essential goods according to the provisions of Official Dispatch no. 1662/SCT-QLTM dated July 21, 2021 of the Binh Duong Department of Industry and Trade. Food and beverage service establishments and households are allowed to resume operations, but only for take-out, not for on-site eating and drinking. In order to ensure the learning for students, it is agreed for households that trade in books and school supplies to resume business.

Particularly for rubber latex exploitation and trading activities, Phu Giao district has agreed to allow organizations and individuals to resume operations from September 06, 2021 and must strictly comply with the requirements of the district's guiding document on rubber latex exploitation and trading in "green zone" areas to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic in the new situation.

The district accelerates vaccination schedule for people, completing on September 07, 2021.

Dau Tieng District People's Committee has also promulgated a document on the implementation of Directive 15 of the Prime Minister throughout the district from 0:00 on September 06, 2021 until further notice.
