The Secretary said, according to the plan, Ben Cat town is in the "green zone", therefore, it is necessary to implement drastic solutions, taking advantage of time so that until August 16, places with F0 cases will be locked down, "green zones" will operate normally again. Striving to August 22, it will bring Ben Cat back to the new normal. The Secretary hoped that, in the new normal, enterprises would continue to perform well in pandemic prevention and control, conduct regular testing for workers, when detecting cases, it is necessary to calmly coordinate to take F0 out of the community, disinfect places with F0, places without cases of F0 are allowed for normal operation. At the same time, enterprises must well manage worker data in the enterprises; coordinate with the locality to reorganize boarding houses particularly for companies.
The Secretary hoped that, after August 22, all enterprises in Ben Cat town and after August 30, all enterprises in the province would return to normal operations.
