Currently, the province has 16 treatment areas for Covid-19 patients. Number of patients being treated 6,385 patients (newly detected patients are being transferred to treatment areas and some asymptomatic F0 patients are still isolated in temporary isolation areas); including 104 pregnant women, 117 people over 65 years old, 290 people with underlying diseases, 282 people with severe disease (4.4%). There are 120 doctors, 295 nurses directly serving; together with 166 medical staff (total: 581 people), with the number of beds in the province currently serving to treat 17,240 people.

The province is considering and approving the recommendations of the Department of Health: Establishment of hospital to treat Covid-19 patients for foreigners in Binh Duong (Phuong Chi General Hospital: 50 beds, Van Phuc General Hospital 1: 100 beds); promulgating a plan to respond to the situation of 20,000 cases in Binh Duong; promulgating a document requiring all public and private medical facilities in the province to fully prepare conditions to be ready to receive and treat emergency patients due to other sickness, absolutely do not let the situation happen because of fear that the patient will be positive for Covid-19 and refuse to receive emergency care; places that do not receive or close will be strictly handled according to regulations; promulgating a document requesting the units to vaccinate the right subjects according to the plan, cases of vaccination against the wrong subjects, taking advantage of vaccination to collect money to affect the vaccination campaign will be strictly handled according to regulations.
From July 2021, Binh Duong will administer 1 million doses of vaccine to all subjects, ensuring that over 90% of people in the vaccination age group are vaccinated against Covid-19.
From July 28, 2021, the province also took samples for testing and vaccination for about 7,000 people at traditional markets, supermarkets, commercial centers, convenience stores and mobile sales enterprises in the province.
