With the above violation, the Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications issued a decision to sanction an administrative violation against Ms. V.T.L with the amount of 7.5 million VND for having committed a violation: "Providing and sharing fake information, false information, distorting, slandering, and insulting the reputation of agencies and organizations".​
