At the meeting, departments, branches and localities reported on the implementation of pandemic prevention and control, and provided support to those facing difficulties due to the pandemic in the province according to Resolution no. 68 of the Government and Decision no. 09 of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee.
Accordingly, the province has disbursed an amount of over 12 billion VND to support those facing difficulties due to the pandemic; in which, more than 08 billion VND to support 5,780/13,654 employees without labor contracts and special subjects; more than 04 billion VND to support 2,729/2,815 mobile lottery ticket sellers. In addition, reducing the insurance premium for occupational accidents and diseases for more than 1 million employees with a total amount of 393 billion VND.

The province has also spent support for 3,307 workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic according to Decision no. 2602 of the General Confederation of Labor with a total amount of 3 billion 872 million VND.
Regarding stabilization of essential goods market, currently there are 11 supermarkets, 285 convenience stores and 39 traditional markets in operation. The Provincial Post Office has organized 28 points of sales in districts, towns and cities.
Regarding the implementation of the "3 on the spot" or "1 road, 2 locations" plan, up to now, there have been 1,894 enterprises inside the industrial parks registered with 273,842 workers and employees; 1,542 enterprises outside the industrial parks registered with 117,179 workers and employees.
Enterprises must ensure pandemic prevention and control to operate
Talking at the meeting, departments, branches and localities mentioned a number of difficulties and limitations in pandemic prevention and control. Those are, the collection of F0 cases is still slow; patient care and treatment are still facing difficulties due to the lack of medical staff, doctors and facilities and equipment; some localities have not strictly implemented Directive 16.
In order for the pandemic prevention and control in the province to be effective and soon to control and quell the pandemic, the units have proposed solutions to overcome in the coming time. Specifically, localities need to strengthen control and tighten more on cases of going out when it is not necessary, especially non-essential shippers; strictly handle cases of violation of regulations on pandemic prevention and control, especially inter-provincial vehicles transporting goods that stop and park improperly according to regulations. Considering banning people from leaving their homes from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day, except for emergency cases and coordination of pandemic prevention and control; regulating the time frame people go to buy essential goods, etc. Strengthening inspection of pandemic prevention and control at enterprises; temporarily suspending operations for enterprises that do not strictly implement the plan to ensure pandemic prevention and control at the company.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh basically agreed with the proposed plans. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that localities must try to keep the "green zones" safe; strictly implement the conclusions of the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee at the online meeting on July 25, 2021. At the same time, drastically implementing solutions according to the direction of the province and the guidance of the Ministry of Health to quickly localize and quell the pandemic, and prevent the pandemic from spreading. When detecting any F0 in the enterprise, the Health branch quickly supports to remove F0 cases from the enterprise and quarantines F1 cases so that workers can stay for production at the factory with peace of mind.
