Group 1: Taking samples for pandemic prevention and control according to the general regulations for all people with suspected symptoms of Covid-19 detected in the community, treatment facility, pharmacy; Covid-19 patients are being treated at medical facilities and monitored after being discharged from the hospital and quarantined at home; people who are subject to quarantine according to regulations; forces participate in controlling the pandemic, etc.
For this group, the testing goal is to serve the Covid-19 prevention, control and treatment in the fastest and most effective way. Number of samples tested: All subjects belong to group 1 according to reality. Doing the test soon, returning the test results within 24 hours from the time of sending the sample.
Group 2: Sampling to respond to the immediate handling of the outbreak for people in the community in the outbreak area; in an area under lockdown and medical quarantine. Conducting the first sampling and periodically taking samples continuously every 3 days to clean and quell the outbreak.
With group 2, the testing goal is to serve the pandemic control in the fastest and most effective way. Number of samples tested: All subjects belong to group 2 according to the actual developments of the pandemic situation. Giving priority for fastest testing to ensure the speed of pandemic control, replying to test results as soon as possible (within 24 hours from the time of sending the sample).
Group 3: Sampling high-risk groups to assess the pandemic situation in the community, specifically: People live in a number of boarding houses, inns with many workers and migrant workers, and the area around the hospital; a number of wholesale and traditional markets; some supermarkets, commercial centers, convenience stores, etc.
For this group, the testing goal is to assess and identify the pandemic situation in the community. Number of test samples: According to the targets assigned by the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on the basis of assessing the pandemic situation of localities. Implementing early as soon as the target of the province's plan is available (within 24 hours from the time of sending the sample).
Group 4: Sampling to ensure Covid-19 safety for production and business. The Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Planning and Investment and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities direct factories, manufactories and enterprises to proactively organize quarantine instructions, testing in industrial parks, factories and manufactories; expenses are paid for by the enterprises themselves.
