Each workshop/production line/production group/working position needs to establish at least 01 Covid-19 Safety Group operating concurrently. In case the production group has a large number of workers, it is possible to establish many Covid-19 Safety Groups. Each group has 2-3 people, the composition should include leaders of groups/teams/bands; trade union representatives, workers, employees directly working at the place of production, with a high sense of responsibility, exemplary, reputable or those who are safety and sanitation workers at the facility. At best, each group is in charge of about 50 workers.
The Covid-19 Safety Group is responsible for proactively supervising and preventing, controlling the Covid-19 pandemic at each workshop/production line/production group/working location of factories, companies, manufactories, production facilities, enterprises.
Specifically, propagandizing, reminding, inspecting and supervising the implementation of measures to prevent and control the pandemic of workers as regulated at place of work, production; performing health monitoring at the beginning, during working hours of workers; supervising, detecting and immediately reporting to enterprise leaders and health authorities when detecting cases of workers suspected of being infected at the beginning of working hours or during production to organize quarantine and timely take samples.
The Covid-19 Safety Group is entitled to ask employees to temporarily stop working, immediately implement quarantine measures, and make health declarations when detecting people with suspected signs of pandemic. Supporting authorities in tracing F1, F2 cases and pandemic prevention and control activities in the event that Covid-19 cases appear in enterprises. Performing other appropriate pandemic prevention and control tasks assigned by enterprise leaders.
The Covid-19 Safety Group should establish a zalo group of members and workers in the group in charge for convenient contact, exchange, daily reports.
During the course of duty, members of the Covid-19 Safety Group must always comply with the pandemic prevention and control measures as prescribed at the place of production/work to ensure safety to prevent infection.
