Reporting at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Commission of Mass Mobilization, said that in the first 6 months of 2021, the mass mobilization of the political system had many positive changes. The mass mobilization system has actively advised the Party executive committees at all levels to lead and effectively implement the Party's mass mobilization; continued to innovate the content and methods of mobilizing people in conditions impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic associated with the political tasks of localities and units. In addition, actively implementing learning and thoroughly grasping the building of Action plan to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congress of each province and city for the 2020-2025 tenure; mobilizing people to participate in the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure. Propagating and mobilizing people to unite and be determined to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic and organize activities of donating, supporting and helping pandemic prevention and control.
The direction for implementation of grassroots democracy regulations continued to be concerned.
