​PORTAL - The Provincial Public Administration Center announces the implementation of administrative procedures (AP) in the period of Covid-19 prevention and control.

Accordingly, the Heads of the Sections receiving and returning results of the Departments, committees, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and provincial Post office are requested to coordinate in implementing a number of contents to settle AP, ensuring the principle of continuity and non-interruption in the settlement of AP for individuals, organization.  

Specifically, departments, committees and branches continue to implement Official dispatch no. 895/VPUB-HCC dated June 01, 2021 of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee. AP that are urgent, specific, etc. directly received must be public and fully implement pandemic prevention measures as prescribed. Reviewing and publicizing the list of AP received in person, online and by public post. Assigning and arranging civil servants and publicizing phone numbers to advise and guide individuals and organizations to prepare and complete all components of dossiers (if any) before people and enterprises send them online and via the public postal service.

Offices of People's Councils and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities organize methods of receiving and returning AP settlement results in accordance with the actual situation of the locality. The AP that are urgent, specific, etc. received or returned directly must be public and fully implement pandemic prevention measures as prescribed. Assigning and arranging civil servants and publicizing phone numbers to advise and guide individuals and organizations to prepare and complete all components of dossiers (if any) before people and enterprises send them online and via the public postal service. Advising the district People's Committee to direct the commune People's Committee to receive and handle AP in accordance with the actual situation of the locality, especially urgent AP (registration of birth, death, etc.).

The Provincial Post office actively cooperates with agencies and localities to agree on the method of receiving each specific AP dossier. Making sure to return the AP results at the address according to the service registration of the individual, organization or at the post office where people reside. Fully arranging staff so that the receipt and return of AP results ensure the committed time and the principles of pandemic prevention as prescribed.

Agencies, localities and provincial Post office inform and propagate for individuals and organizations to connect with agencies, localities, Call center 1022, etc. (by phone, zalo, email has been publicized) to be guided, complete the dossiers before submitting online and by public post.
