The time of establishment, implementation and approval of the project: From the 2nd Quarter/2021 to the 3rd Quarter/2021.

The content for investigating, ranking agricultural land for the first time includes: Collecting information, documents, data, maps; set up plans and investigate, take field samples; summarize, handle internal and external information and documents; build a land quality ranking map, land potential; analyze land condition, land potential; recommend solutions to protect, improve land and orientate the sustainable usage of land; build a report assessing the quality and potential of land.
Investigating, ranking agricultural land for the first time must comply with the provisions of laws and the provisions of Circular No. 35/2014/TT-BTNMT and Circular No. 60/2015TT-BTNMT of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Apply information technology to digitalize all results of investigation, delineation of land types, objects are fully and accurately investigated and assessed; at the same time set up a Map of land quality, land potential in digital form for convenient and long-term usage, exploitation. Enhance the task of examining, supervising to ensure that the results of investigating, ranking agricultural land for the first time will be efficient and reflect the real situation of land.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for examining, supervising the process of implementing all phases of different levels.
