Commune People's Committees mobilize all political and social systems in communes, wards, and towns to guide the residents possessing smartphones to install Bluezone and other electronic medical declaration applications. Ensure that until June 30, 2021, 90% or more of smartphone users in the province have installed Bluezone and conducted electronic medical declaration.
Management of Industrial Parks, Binh Duong Labor Confederation in coordination with the Department of Information and Communications positively propagandize, require businesses, factories to register "epidemic control site" to manage and strictly perform the task of controlling customers, people who come and leave by using QR Code; implement digital applications to manage workers, laborers to ensure safe production and business activities. Thoroughly install Bluezone and conduct electronic medical declaration for cadres, officers and workers at businesses.
The Department of Health, People's Committees in districts, towns, and cities urgently complete the camera system in monitoring area; steer medical quarantine zones to request all citizens in concentrated isolation, home isolation list and citizens who must conduct Covid-19 tests in the province to install Bluezone and conduct electronic medical declaration; thoroughly perform isolation monitoring attendance functions and supervise the attendance of VHD (VietNam Health Declaration) application on their smartphones. Proactively exploit data in the application to update information, monitor and have measures to control the epidemic based on the data system provided by citizens; secure user information etc.
The Department of Information and Communications performs technical measures to propagandize, upload information on many channels to request citizens to install Bluezone and conduct electronic medical declaration; mobilize all forces of Information and Communications sector to guide organizations, units and businesses to establish "epidemic control site" to manage and strictly perform the task of controlling customers, people who come and leave by using QR Code; coordinate with telecommunication businesses, OTT service provision units to send messages requesting citizens in the locality to install Bluezone.
At the same time, steer Binh Duong Hot line 1022 to receive the feedbacks related to the epidemic prevention and control 24/7; transfer agencies and units to promptly handle. The process of handling must not be over 5 hours from the time of receipt.
Organizations, units urgently perform and report the results to Binh Duong People's Committee (through the Department of Information and Communications) before 15:00 daily through: bluezone@binhduong.gov.vn.
