On May 27, 2021, the Provincial EC issued Resolution No. 132/NQ-UBBC announcing the election results and the list of elected delegates of the Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021-2026 tenure. Accordingly, there are 72 people elected to be deputies of the Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021-2026 tenure.
Pursuant to the Law on Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies, the results of the election of People's Council deputies and the results of settlement of complaints and denunciations related to the elected candidates, the provincial People's Committee has confirmed that 70 people who have been elected as members of the People's Council of Binh Duong province, term X, 2021 - 2026 tenure are eligible to perform the tasks and powers of the People's Council deputies in accordance with the law.

At the same time, the delegates voted not to confirm the status of elected deputies of the Provincial Council for Mr. Tran Xuan Lam - Chief Inspector of the province and Mr. Nguyen Van Dong - Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Secretary of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee for not being qualified to be deputies of the Provincial People's Council.
It is expected that on June 30, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee will report at the First Session - Binh Duong Provincial People's Council, term X, the results of the election of delegates to the Provincial People's Council and the results of confirmation of the status of People's Council deputies of Binh Duong province for the 2021-2026 tenure.
At the first meeting of the Provincial People's Council, term X, it will also consider and elect key positions of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Judge of the People's Court; consider and approve the number of members, the composition of the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 – 2026 tenure, and the organization of regular meetings of the Provincial People's Council in 2021.
