During this 4th outbreak, Binh Duong supervised and detected 1,164 cases of at-risk returning from the pandemic area and recorded 08 cases of Covid-19 in the community (03 cases in Binh Chuan ward, Thuan An city and 05 cases in Di An city). Currently, the province has prepared concentrated quarantine areas for about 10,000 people; the province's maximum treatment capacity is about 600 patients at the same time. The Provincial Center for Disease Control and the Provincial General Hospital are licensed by the Ministry of Health to test for Covid-19. Currently, the province has 06 PCR testing machines. In the coming time, Binh Duong will continue to drastically direct pandemic prevention and control at companies and enterprises to ensure the implementation of the dual goal of both pandemic prevention and control and economic development. Speaking to conclude the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam affirmed that this 4th outbreak has been over for more than a month; so far the pandemic situation has been basically controlled. However, this outbreak is completely different from the previous ones because the pandemic has entered the industrial parks, invaded enterprises and the boarding houses of workers working in industrial parks. Therefore, the goal is not to let the pandemic invade and spread in the industrial parks; detect cases no later than 3 days. To do that, enterprises must strictly comply with health declarations, regularly update workers' health, and update the Covid-19 safety map.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that, if there is a pandemic in the industrial park, it is necessary to calculate how to turn the workers' boarding house into a quarantine area for workers and must be distanced when in quarantine, basically must self-quarantine on the spot. In localization quarantine, localities have to localize neatly, but in urgent situations, implementing wide quarantine localization, and then gradually narrowing.
