Accordingly, all nationwide candidates who graduate from high schools in 2021 and are eligible for scholarships shall have right to apply for one of the following scholarships:

The scholarships shall be granted to students in voucher form to use for tuition payment at any time during the studying process in EIU.
Particularly, full scholarship for Engineering and Information Technology Major shall exclusively need conditions to maintain scholarship: Students commit not to moving out of Engineering or Information Technology Major.
In the first and second years, students shall have to achieve adequate credits in accordance with training program and English route as prescribed by the university, and shall have to achieve the Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.2/4 after each academic semester; if students cannot achieve the conditions above in any semester, the scholarship shall be ceased in the next semester shortly thereafter.
After 2 academic years in the university since admission, students shall have to take the IELTS test and at least achieve IELTS 6.0. If students cannot meet this requirement, the scholarship shall be ceased from the 3rd year. From the 3rd year, on each semester, if students cannot achieve adequate credits in accordance with the program as prescribed by the university, or cannot achieve GPA of at least 3.2/4, or cannot achieve IELTS 6.0, the scholarship shall be ceased from that semester.
If a student, with ceased scholarship, after any semester, achieves Grade Point Average of at least 3.2/4 and submits IELTS Certificate with score of 6.0, his/her scholarship shall be naturally re-granted for the next semester.
