​The Vietnam Covid-19 Vaccine Fund is managed by the Ministry of Finance and has the function of managing and coordinating the Fund's financial and in-kind resources to finance and support the purchase and import of vaccines, domestic production of vaccines and use of Covid-19 vaccines.

The Fund operates for non-profit purposes, uses capital for the right purposes and in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring publicity, transparency, thrift and efficiency; subjects to the examination, inspection and audit of financial activities by the state management agencies in charge of finance and the State Audit; the supervision of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the community.

The Fund will terminate its operation and dissolve itself after the competent authority announces the completion of vaccination against Covid-19 for people; the Fund's balance (if any) shall be fully remitted to the Central budget to supplement resources to purchase vaccines for the State's Expanded Program on Immunization.

For the health and safety of ourselves, our families and the community, with our deep feelings, responsibilities and conditions, domestic and foreign agencies, units, organizations, enterprises, and individuals continue to join hands, unite and actively participate in supporting, donating and sponsoring the Vietnam Covid-19 Vaccine Fund.
