Accordingly, the Department of Health shall coordinate with relevant units to strictly implement the medical declaration for all people entering, exiting and transiting Vietnam; people in an outbreak; people in concentrated isolation; people going through pandemic areas or returning from pandemic areas; workers in factories and industrial parks in pandemic-hit provinces and neighboring provinces; people coming to medical examination and treatment establishments; long-haul passengers on airplanes, trains, ships, and buses.

The electronic medical declaration is made on the page: https://tokhaivte.vn of the Ministry of Health or through the installation and use of one of the application software: Medical Declaration (Vietnam Health Declaration); Bluezone.

Launch the movement, call on everyone to respond, voluntarily declare the health of the whole people, monitor the health situation, when having symptoms of cough, fever, must notify the local government, immediately contact the health authority for examination and testing. Strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly handle cases that are required to make medical declaration but intentionally violate the provisions of Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government prescribing for penalties for administrative violations in the health sector.
