Every year, reduce traffic accidents by 5% - 10% in all 3 criteria in terms of number of cases, number of deaths and number of injured people compared to the previous year; build the society with safe, smooth, convenient and environmentally friendly transportation system.
The plan is divided into two phases: 2021-2025 and 2026-2030.
The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee coordinates with departments, branches and units to synchronously deploy solutions on management, institutions and policies to ensure traffic order and safety; complete traffic infrastructure; develop the public passenger transport system, prioritize investment in developing the public passenger transport; improve the quality, complete the procedure and modernize the contents of training, testing and granting of road motor vehicle driving licenses. At the same time, promote solutions for communication and education on traffic safety; inspect, examine, patrol, control and handle traffic violations; traffic accident rescue and medical emergency.
