Instructing individuals and organizations to scan QR Code when entering and leaving the one-stop-shop area (also known as Medical Check-in, Check-out) according to the guidance of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control and instructions in Official dispatch no. 17/HCC-CNTT- KTGS of the Provincial Public Administration Center at 02 points for electronic health declaration by QR Code (Security scanner area - 1st floor, towers A and B, Provincial Administration Center).
The Head of the One-stop-shop Section directs one-stop-shop personnel to strictly carry out the reception of individuals and organizations for administrative transactions at the one-stop-shop area to ensure measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic; make health declarations and propagate, guide individuals and organizations to perform medical Check-in, Check-out, and health declaration.
The Security Team (Building Management Board) guides and supports individuals and organizations to perform medical Check-in, Check-out, health declaration by QR Code at the one-stop-shop area. Agencies and units when working with units outside the Administrative Center Building in the one-stop-shop area are responsible for instructing individuals and organizations outside to perform medical Check-in, Check-out, and health declaration as prescribed.
The implementation period is from May 6, 2021 until further notice.
