Department of Health stated that, at present, many provinces and cities nationwide have reported cases of Covid-19 from the 4th pandemic, especially in the provinces bordering Binh Duong such as Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai. Therefore, the risk of the disease infiltration into Binh Duong province is very high from pandemic areas, family visits and care for patients at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Hospital K at Tan Trieu Campus, those who travel back etc. The Health sector is coordinating with related units to urgently trace high-risk cases, quickly and thoroughly zoning out the pandemic, preventing the pandemic from spreading in the community. People need to strictly follow the 5K recommendation of the Ministry of Health and local requirements for pandemic prevention and control.
Specifically about 12 cases discovered on May 8, 2021, 03 cases in Quarter 2, Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City traveled to Sapa, April 30, 2021, arrived at Pao Hotel and 03 cases in Tan Binh Ward, Di An Ward, Di An City from April 24 to May 2, 2021 took the Fansipan cable car, coinciding with the urgent announcement of Lao Cai province. These cases have been centrally isolated, sampled and tested negative for the first time.
Regarding to Tan Trieu K Hospital, on May 8, 2021, supervised 06 cases. Of which, 01 case in Binh Co hamlet, Binh My commune, Bac Tan Uyen district; on May 4 and 5, 2021, visited the patient at Tan Trieu K Hospital; 01 case in Quarter 9, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, from April 26 to May 4, 2021 came to K Hospital. The remaining 04 cases in Di An City include: 01 case in Tan Phuoc, Tan Binh Ward from April 27 to 29, 2021 to take care of patients at Hospital K; 01 case in Tan Thang quarter, Tan Binh ward on April 28, 2021 came to the K Hospital; 02 cases in Noi Hoa 2 Quarter, Binh An Ward on April 16, 2021 had a medical examination at the Department of Hepato – Biliary – Pancreatic. These cases have been centrally isolated, sampled and tested negative for the first time.
