Regarding Covid-19 outbreaks across the country, up to now, Binh Duong has investigated and supervised 74 related cases, 73 test results were negative for the first time, and 01 case has not had the result. Currently in the province there are 706 cases of concentrated medical quarantine and 103 cases of medical quarantine at home and residence place.
Regarding Covid-19 vaccination, the province has implemented the injection of 1st phase for 2,223 people in the priority group. The injection of 2nd phase was started on May 04, 2021.
Only in the first days of coming back after the holidays of April 30 and May 01, many high-risk cases were detected and forecast to increase in the coming time, the risk of an outbreak in the province is very high. The Health branch is coordinating with related units to urgently trace high-risk cases, localize, quickly and thoroughly suppress the pandemic, and prevent the pandemic from spreading in the community.
