Dedication, responsibility
The Provincial NAD all promoted the sense of responsibility of the elected deputies in discussing and making decision on institutional, economic, social, defense, security and foreign issues of the country associated with thoughts, feelings and aspirations of the voters and the people. During the tenure, the provincial Delegation of NAD has participated in 320 turns of opinions in sessions of group discussion, discussion in the hall, questioning and debating at the meetings.
Participating in the discussion on the implementation of policies and laws on food hygiene and safety in the period of 2011-2016 at the 3rd Meeting of the 14th National Assembly, Deputy Pham Trong Nhan expressed his opinion and received the consent, support from voters and media.

Deputy Pham Trong Nhan cited, according to statistics, each year about 70,000 people die from cancer due to using food that does not ensure food hygiene and safety. According to him, the current state management assignment of food safety is not reasonable; some products have up to 03 management units. Specifically, the vermicelli is under management of 3 Ministries: the materials are managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; the product is managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; the toxic or banned substances belong for the responsibility of the Ministry of Health. With the above situation, Mr. Pham Trong Nhan said that, despite repeatedly calling for "kindness" from food producers and traders, the too-large "shadow" of profits has covered their mind, leading to lack of conscience. "It must be considered that the production and sale of "dirty food" is a crime. Seeing a crime without fighting, denouncing it, turning a blind eye, choosing a safe solution for yourself is no different than compromising, shaking hands with evil, and deserving of condemnation", Mr. Nhan said.
As a Member of the Committee on Social Affairs of the National Assembly, deputy Truong Thi Bich Hanh was then Chairman of the Provincial Confederation of Labor, when commenting on the draft Labor Code (amended) at the National Assembly meetings devoted a lot of enthusiasm to issues that labors cared about; typically, the adjustment to increase the retirement age and the increase in overtime hours. These comments of Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh and other deputies were acknowledged and the Labor Code (amended) when it came into effect received the consent of the labors.

The opinions of the Provincial delegation of NAD always closely followed the provisions of the Constitution and Resolution of the Party, always put the interests of the country and nation first, from there, there were comprehensive analysis, judgment and assessment of the issue which was highly critical, associated with the practical situation of the locality. Thereby proposing appropriate solutions that received the sharing and agreement of the NAD, media and voters; at the same time, being seriously explained and received by the drafting agency.
It can be seen that the mark of the 14th provincial Delegation of NAD is its sharp criticism, choosing the right issue that the voters and the people care about.
Outstanding and active performance
During the 14th tenure, the provincial Delegation of NAD has contributed opinions and promptly resolved shortcomings and inadequacies in land management; equalization of state-owned enterprises; economic restructuring; innovation of general education curriculum and textbooks; reform of state administrative apparatus organization; socio-economic development plans; state budget estimates; allocation of Central budget and public investment; ratification of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership; ratification of the European Union Vietnam Free Trade Agreement; establishment of urban government; establishment of the National Election Council, etc.; review of dismissal and approval for senior personnel of the State, the National Assembly, the Government and the Supreme People's Court.
In addition, the Provincial Delegation of NAD participated well in sideline activities taking place during the meeting such as thematic seminars, activities and conferences of the Ethnic Council, Committees of the National Assembly, Ministries, the Central branches and diplomatic activities of the National Assembly.
Besides activities as prescribed, the provincial Delegation of NAD actively grasped the situation of public opinion and society, actively propagated so that the people could understand the content of the newly enacted laws, avoid listening to the distorted rhetoric of reactionary forces.
Typically in 2018, taking advantage of the National Assembly's discussion and consideration of the draft Law on Special Administrative - Economic Units and the Law on Cyber Security, hostile forces found ways to distort, incite to destroy; exaggerate a number of issues that were still in need to be discussed, clarified, supplemented and modified into dangers, in order to create complex events and hotspots. With the special characteristics of the area with a large number of workers, after the 5th Meeting of the 14th National Assembly, the provincial Delegation of NAD had an extensive propaganda program among the people, especially workers on issues related to these draft laws. Through 16 propaganda waves with more than 4,500 attendees, it helped workers to better understand the provisions of the law, not listen to distorted rhetoric, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety in the province.

Looking back at the 14th tenure, Mr. Tran Van Nam - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial Delegation of NAD shared that there were many outstanding activities of the provincial Delegation of NAD in the past tenure. The performance quality of the provincial Delegation of NAD and the provincial NAD has been improved day by day. The spirit of solidarity, exemplary, responsibility, efficiency is always promoted in all activities of the Delegation. The image and position of the provincial Delegation of NAD in the National Assembly's activities have been clearly raised. The activities of the provincial Delegation of NAD are always associated with local practices, performing well the role of a bridge between the locality and the Central government, making a positive contribution to the development of the country generally and Binh Duong province particularly.
