Up to now, Phu Giao district has completed organizing a conference to get comments and trust from voters at their workplace and place of residence for the candidates for the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels in the 2021-2026 tenure and the establishment and posting of voters' lists as regulated. Through the review, the district has nearly 75,619 voters, of which 35,619 are female voters.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels held the 3rd Consultation Conference to select and make the list of qualified candidates for the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels in the 2021-2026 tenure. Accordingly, there are 51 qualified candidates for the election of deputies to the district-level People's Councils and 493 candidates for the election of deputies to the commune-level People's Councils in the 2021-2026 tenure. The People's Committee of Phu Giao district has set up 08 Election Boards for the election of deputies to the district-level People's Councils and 81 Election Boards for the election of deputies to the commune-level People's Councils in accordance with regulations. The entire district has 94 polling stations. The election propaganda among the people has been focused on in many forms by all levels of authorities, branches and unions in the district, etc.
