According to the report, Binh Duong provincial Committee for HPCO has 14 personnel, in charge of health care for 3,676 officials. In 2020, the Committee provided medical examination and outpatient treatment for more than 10,200 turns of officials visiting every day at the Clinic - Health management. At the same time, implementing the regime of examination, monitoring and health care for senior officials in accordance with regulations, etc.

From 2017 up to now, the provincial General Hospital has affiliated with the Clinic - Health management of the Committee in the form of a liability contract in medical examination and treatment covered by the Health insurance (HI) for middle and senior officials. Currently, the Committee is ineligible to continue signing the contract of medical examination and treatment covered by the Health insurance with the provincial Social security. This situation makes it difficult for the Committee for HPCO and the provincial General Hospital. Furthermore, every year, the HI fund allocated to medical examination and treatment is still very limited compared to the requirements of health care for middle and senior officials, so there is often a situation of exceeding the medical examination and treatment fund.

At the meeting, the provincial Committee for HPCO proposed that the Central Committee for HPCO suggests the Vietnam Social Security to consider increasing the level of medical examination and treatment fund covered by the Health insurance for middle and senior officials. The Central Committee for HPCO soon issues an amendment to Guideline no. 23 to help the Committee have a basis for completing the Project of arranging organizational structure and renovating operation model.

Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the Delegation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien assessed that, over the past time, Binh Duong provincial Committee for HPCO has successfully completed its roles and duties.
