Along with that, coordinating the concerned branches in organizing the inspection, examination and handling cases that deliberately fail to strictly comply with the Grassroots Democracy Regulation according to regulations. At the same time, proposing to commend the cases for their good implementation of the Grassroots democracy regulation at the workplace. Urging the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct agencies, units and enterprises in the area to thoroughly grasp and implement the content of Decree no. 145/2020/ND-CP to the employers and employees and report the results of the implementation as prescribed. The provincial Confederation of Labor propagates and develops the Plan to thoroughly organize and implement Government's Decree no. 145/2020/ND-CP to trade unions, employees and employers in various types of enterprises in the province. Directing, urging, monitoring and inspecting the Labor Confederation of districts, towns and cities; branch's Trade Union; Binh Duong Industrial Parks' Trade Union; Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park's Trade Union and the grassroots Trade Unions of enterprises to implement, etc.
Enterprises in the province promulgate the Grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace to implement the regulation contents on the dialogue and implement grassroots democracy at specified workplaces. When formulating, amending and supplementing the Regulation, the employer must consult with the grassroots representative organization and the dialogue representative groups of the employees to perfect and promulgate.
The grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace must be publicly disseminated to the employees. Every 06 months and annually reports on the implementation of dialogues, Grassroots Democracy Regulations in enterprises shall be sent to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
