​At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front agreed on the content and coordination in supervision activities. Accordingly, supervision activities are expected to take place in 03 days of April 27, 28 and 29, 2021.

Overview of the meeting

According to the plan, each Supervision Team will be divided into 03 Working Groups. The Working Groups of each Team will coordinate with each other to work directly with the Election Committee (EC) of localities.

The Teams will supervise the organization situation and the results of the 2^nd and 3^rd Consultation Conference; the implementation of regulations on nominating candidates for the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels; the receiving of candidate profiles for the election of deputies to the People's Councils; the fixing and announcement of constituencies, the number of deputies to be elected in each unit; finalizing and posting the lists of voters; the settlement of complaints and denunciations about the election, etc.

On that basis, the Supervision Team will have a report on the supervision conclusion.

Concluding the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized, each Supervision Team will comply with its functions and duties. However, to get the best results from the supervision, the Leaders of each Working Group of the Teams need to discuss and agree with each other to assign specific tasks to each member, the content of working with local EC.​
