Thereby improving the quality of service to the people and society of state administrative agencies and successfully implementing the goals of sustainable development, enhancing national competitiveness.
Specific tasks: Publishing the Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS) in 2020; building method of evaluating PAR and measuring the people's satisfaction with the service of state administrative agencies in the period of 2021 -2025 (online and directly); building system software; renting information technology infrastructure to deploy the system; measuring, building the People's Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services in 2021; evaluating the results of the implementation of PAR, building PAR Index in 2021; conducting questions and answers on PAR policies, regulations and activities, PAR evaluation results, and measuring the people's satisfaction; building, putting into operation and using the PAR database, measuring satisfaction; informing and propagandizing; operating, managing the System, etc.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and related units based on the content of Decision no. 433/QD-BNV of the Minister of Home Affairs and the actual situation of the locality to propose and advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement.
