Reporting to the Delegation, Mr. Vo Van Minh said, implementing the directive documents of the Central Government, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Election Committee directed and organized the implementation of election tasks to ensure continuity, consistency, on schedule and on time as prescribed.
Up to now, the work of collecting comments and confidence of the resident voters for the candidates for the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels in the province has been completed and ensured time according to law. The commune-level People's Committees and armed forces units in the province have made and posted the list of voters at the headquarters and in 1,100 polling stations.
The Standing Committee of Binh Duong provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front presided over the third Consultation conference on April 16, 2021 to finalize the list of qualified candidates for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the 10th Provincial People's Council in the 2021-2026 tenure. As a result, finalizing the list of 13 candidates for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly. Thus, the total number of qualified candidates for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly in Binh Duong province is 19 people (including 13 people from the locality and 6 people allocated by the Central Government to the province) to elect 11 deputies. At the same time, finalizing the list of 119 candidates for the election of deputies to the provincial People's Council (including 04 self-nominated people) to elect 72 deputies.
The district and commune levels in the province have completed the third Consultation conference to finalize the list of 501 qualified candidates for the election of deputies to the district-level People's Council to elect 299 deputies and 3,988 qualified candidates for the election of deputies to the commune-level People's Council to elect 2,394 deputies.
Overview of the meeting
Regarding the security and order situation, the Public Security branch continues to thoroughly organize and direct the implementation of documents on ensuring security and order for the election. In particular, focusing on reviewing and verifying political standards of candidates for the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels; increasing grasp of security situation among workers in industrial parks and clusters; gathering forces to stably settle lawsuits and strikes, not happening complication, affecting the election; continuing to comply with plans and options to prevent and fight against all types of crimes aimed at opposing and distorting to overthrow the regime, disrupting security and order in the locality. In addition, the health assurance is also focused, strictly implemented regulations, especially the Covid-19 control and prevention; making specific plans and options to ensure safety for the people.
At the meeting, members of the inspection Delegation exchanged the work of propaganda about election among workers; plans to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic and ensure security and order before, during and after the election.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Ba Ty acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure of Binh Duong province, ensuring the correct order, quality and regulations of the law. Emphasizing Binh Duong is an industrial development province with a large number of workers, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly asked the province to further strengthen the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control to ensure safety for the election. Especially, it is necessary to strictly manage the entry and exit of foreign experts and strengthen the propaganda for the workers. Along with that, ensuring social order and safety in the area, timely detecting, fighting to prevent and handle arising problems, so that the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure is really a festival of the people.
