Delivering the opening speech at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc - Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee said that Binh Duong has established a bilateral cooperation relationship with East Flanders province of the Kingdom of Belgium. In Binh Duong, there are currently 05 investment projects of Belgian enterprises with a total capital of over 39 million USD, ranking 37th out of 65 countries and territories having investment projects in the province.
